Chef Select is Fujisan's newest innovation to freshness serving restaurant quality sushi throughout many major retail supermarket chain stores in the United States. The incredible fast growth of this program started in 2005 as an extension to our Gourmet Kitchen Program. In response to the popular demand of sushi, Fujisan launched Chef Select to provide an In-Store Sushi Chef Program for our retail supermarket customers upon request. Our professionally trained sushi chefs make fresh in-store sushi on site at the selected grocery stores and supermarkets location. We designed our products and menu that meet the needs for our customers from wide ranging demographic backgrounds. Currently we have more than 50 menu offerings with exciting flavors to provide our customers with more choices. The main concept of the Chef Select In-Store Sushi Chef Program is to provide fresh sushi to customers by having the local sushi chef make sushi on site daily. Customers can either order the sushi in-store or buy the sushi in the showcase that has been prepared earlier the same day. For the customers that order sushi in-store, our professionally trained sushi chef will take the order and prepare the products immediately.
